Well that’s nearly another year out of the way and it’s Prob one of the hardest years for many of us

Let’s hope 2021 brings a better year and we look forward to a couple of good meets for the forum family

Also hopefully a lot of the newbies can get to one and even some of the guys who have been here for a while but have never gone to a forum meet - give it a go , you will be surprised at how great they all

I have been on the forum for quite a while, have never been a prolific poster like some of you, but have read nearly everything written. Have never attended a forum meet so don't know any of you but still feel, maybe oddly, that you are all 'friends' in a way. Hopefully I will get to the ESN meet to rectify not meeting any of you.
It has been a rubbish year for everyone, even worse for some of us but hopefully 2021 will be a healthier year all round.

The cynics on here slag off forum meets but I can genuinely say they are great days out. Always good to put faces to names and make new friends. Guaranteed to leave lasting memories ?

The most amazing thing is how different some people are in real life to on the forum and how (almost) everyone gets on like a house on fire. You can even spend five hours with LiverpoolPhil without constantly arguing with him
