Anyone played here??

Managed to get in on the ballot for their "Mid aged AM" open on Friday 9th.

Any advice is most welcome, although "Stay out of the heather" is regarded as a given!!

Some of the best greens I've ever putted on.
Par 3's are a feature.

Cheers Smiffy, this is a bargain deal: £65 for 54 holes (inc practice round), coffee, bacon rolls, lunch, dinner and the chance of picking up a couple hundred quids worth of prizes!!

Really looking forward to this one.

One of the best courses in the area.
As Smiffy says, "stay out of the heather". Heather at Hankley = lost ball or broken wrists

Hankley Common buggered up my golf for a good 9 or 10 months

Played my practice round today, one word......WOW!!

Just a fantastic golf course in such a peaceful setting. Only a little breeze today but jeez it played really long on some holes.

Really looking forward to the comp on Friday.

One of my favourite courses. Immaculate and I have won there with a level par round so happy memories of the place.

And off the championship tees - very tough indeed.

I tried for country membership but I live just too close.
