Hi Guys,

Anyone know exactly how it works for working out your handicap once you hand in your 3 cards? Is it done on an average of the 3 cards, or your best card or another method?

The score on each card will be adjusted if necessary to a maximum of a double bogey at any hole (eg an 8 at a par 4 would be adjusted to 6). Then the best score of the three is taken. The Standard Sratch Score is subtracted from that score and that's your handicap. It's that simple.
