H4H - What you wearing?

Arguably the gay est thread ever!! but as your asking.... probably a nice little Boss number with some matching shoes and trous ;)

Snelly, enjoy RCD, best course I've played so far!

Me too. I have played it every October for the past 5 years as some mates and I enter a team in the Pat Jennings Charity Golf Classic.

It is a wonderful course, a brilliant test of golf and the one round of the year that I look forward to more than any other. I can't wait.

I played Royal Dornoch last week which is quite similar around the greens, hit lots of what I thought were good shots in only to see the ball disappear into run off areas that you don't know about until you've played it a few times. Dornoch has got the dunes though like RCD.

Sadly, I won't be there as I am playing Royal County Down that day. I have no idea what I will be wearing because I am a bloke and will just put on whatever I have taken to play in.

I am playing at West Hill on Wednesday though so will let you know what the conditions are like after that. Essential information as if waterproofs are going to be needed, this may change the colour schemes for some of you fashionistas! :)

Currently looking out of the window at RCD. A bit Grey and miserable, windy, but not raining yet. Not paying £180 to play it in this, not when my game is a bit off at any rate. Good luck for next weeks weather.

If you haven't played RCD before and you are that close, you WILL regret not going out whatever the weather.

Do it....go on...do it....

Sorry to hear it isn't great weather Murph. I played it last year in a tempest with severe gales and still loved it! Mind you, I wasn't paying the green fee myself.

Think I would still get on the links if I was you?

I have played it a few times, and love it. How ever, i've got a temperature, and if the weather was stunning, I would give it a go. Right now, it would be a waste of 180 quid.

I have a very nice Faldo Pringle, white with a big multicoloured umbrella on the front. How much am I offered not to wear it.

Hello stranger!! How were your hols? Butlins at minehead is nice this time of year!! :D

I reckon we should go flat capped up:thup:

I wore it at brok for the first time last week... It got a mixed response:o

I reckon whoever offered to wear the Borat Mankini, should be held to that, as long as there is sufficient donations made. IF we all stick a tenner in each that should be enough to encourage a sight for sore eyes.

Holiday was good. Didn't play but found this big piece of ground with netting around it. Think they called it a driving range or the Spanish equivalent. Managed to clear the side nets no trouble, but let the forum down re the end one. It was about 500 yards all up hill so even Swinger would have struggled.;)

Flat cap is washed and ready for action, but only if temp drops near freezing. I do have some Loudmouth shorts in case of a heatwave.
