Went out with the family this morning for a run to Peebles, a bit reluctantly on my part, but it was ok.
Got back about lunchtime and was feeling a bit tired.
Mrs then suggested we go with the kids and dog to the beach for a walk but I declined citing tiredness from a busy week at work.
However after they left I suddenly became rejuvenated and popped out to the range and hit 75 balls (iffy at first but pretty decent by the end indidentally). Now I'm back watching the rugby accompanied by a bottle of Deuchars IPA and Sensations crisps and they're not back yet - I feel a bit guilty! Should I? A bit of me time is ok isn't it? :D ;)

We all need our dosage of golf,
As long as she dosnt find out its all good :p
Its not as bad as me taking 1 euro coins from the change jar  ;) :p

Give her a call and tell her to bring home the chinese take away with her

Perhaps you should make it 2 cans, she might think you've had more time than to only have one can and wonder what you've been up to. Make sure you've covered all your tracks! :D

Story of my life (but it normally involves 18 holes)

assuming youre scottish then watching the rugby should be punishment enough for your misdemeanour

Never a truer word said.....another gubbing on the cards by the look of it!

Hold on....we just scored a try! :D

It'll be like poking a wasps nest, we've just made them angry!

It did. Decent game for the neutral though. I don't see anything wrong with some "you" time and I'd rather be doing something constructive like hitting a few balls than being elsewhere under sufferance
