Neither for me, hate watches what's wrong with App on your smartphone ? Vpar, hole19, freeCaddie etc all do the same job. Or best option rangefinder / laser ?

I've had the Bushnell Neo XS for a few years now. Still going strong, battery still lasts for more than two rounds and so light you don't even know you're wearing it. Waterproof too, having stood up to the worst that the Scottish weather can throw at it (which is more than you can say for a lot of smartphones).
