GPS or rangefinders - 2nd hand/refurbished?

Anyone know of any internet shops or purchased 2nd hand rangefinders/gps systems. (not via ebay)
if you've brought one, did it work ok and would you recommend buying 2nd hand?
want to buy one, but can't afford to shell out for a new one

I`ve got a Sonocaddie V300 that I rarely use to be honest. One sold on here for £130 plus p&p the other day. Could be tempted to sell and seeing as we are both in the Midlands we could probably save the p&p.
