Look in the hall mirror before you leave home and you will see what they will see - does it look OK to you?

When looking remember you are offering them a valuable asset ... yourself ... and if they do not employ you THEY have made the mistake unless you were totally unsuited for the work, then it is OK anyway.

You are unique and worth employing .. are they good enough to have you on their payroll?

Go forth and SLAY them!!

Do your research on the firm and th role specifically
Phone them up and get literature sent or google it
What are their core values and the competencies of the role
Link them back to what YOU have done in the past
Make every answer about what YOU haveachieved
What will you bring to teh role, why do u want it, why do u want to leave present role
Be positive, professional and prompt
Have some well informed questions on the role
Have they been in the news, recent results, expansions etc - drop these into coversation

Bad luck..........keep pushing on, sometimes life can send you down different roads so keep your options open.
On reflection I am quite glad I did not get some of the jobs I had applied for.
