Good golding day

Played 36 holes today for the first time in a while. Boy it's tougher than I thought. Played okay though, with a near hole in one on our 200 yard 5th. Barely finished the 36 holes though, my knees felt like jelly !.

Got home to find a small box delivered to my door.
Low and behold it was the grips I won on eBay a few days back. 10 multi compound whiteout grips. Bought for £29 on auction. Opened them up and checked that they were genuine, which they were. Will Get them gripped on tomorrow, let's just hope the weather stays dry !

Anyone else take advantage of the good weather and have a good golfing day ?

Can you mix the two sports together. Maybe try golding your irons, or perhaps some Alchemy on that old Ping Ansa.

its all good training for lugging that scoreboard around at the open in a few weeks time!
