Played 18 holes this morning, was my first of 3 cards put in at my new course as my old handicap is inactive. Managed to shoot a gross 70 which is the par for the course. Pretty happy with that seeing as though I hadn't picked up a club for almost 3 years since January this year.
Then went to a Titleist custom fitting day this afternoon. Got custom fit for the 910. Was hitting my 905r abit low so have been fitted with the d2 10.5 degrees with a diamana 'ilima 61 stiff shaft. Not sure what weight the shaft was as they hid the spec from me to try and make sure I but it from that particular golf course. Was interested to see that my swing speed is only about 93-95mph, with the tour pros at about 115.
