Good Book

Please can someone give me some advise. I'm after a good golf book for my Dad for Xmas. I don't want a biography, I'm after a book more about the history of golf or something like that, something with a bit of humour.

If you aretalking golf related, any of the Peter Alliss ones are worth a look. Though I find Mark James a particularly good read.

Not really humour but one of the best golf books out there is The Greatest Game Ever Played, never heard or seen a bad review of any books by Mark Frost so i'd say this is a good choice!
