GolfOnline returns - Anyone dealt with them?

Hi, as the title, has anyone dealt with GolfOnline and their returns? My parents bought me a golf bag from them for my Birthday in December. Only problem now is the stitching where the straps attach to the bag has come undone and is held on now by two threads.

I need to send it back now I've asked my Mom to email them and see what they say, its been 4 months since I've had it now but has anyone dealt with them and know what they are like when it comes to returns like this?

Have had to return shoes to them with no problem. Like most businesses they have a RMA process to follow ans it isn't always customer friendly but it resulted in a new pair of shoes.
The bag has a warranty which covers defective manufacturing or defects that affect fitness for purpose (unless of course you have been swinging it around above your head or using it in an odd manner) then it sounds like you have a problem in one or both of these categories.

On a side note, are you American? Just notice the use of Mom. No real reason for asking just curious to see it on GM Forum.

My Brummie friend always writes Mom so am used to seeing it.

Nah, from South Africa. Have always just said Mom though, also was taught to spell colour like "color" too. Had to break that habbit when I moved to the UK.

Anyway, DirectGolf have been contacted now so will await their response. Don't really want them to swap it out for the same bag as not quite confident in it lasting any longer than this one has. Will ask if I can swap it for a cart bag and just pay the extra. I like the look of the Callaway Chev one.
