Golfers Protein Milk Drink

If I was going to buy something like that, I'd buy the coconut water, not this stuff.

However, coconut water is blooming pricey too! Tap will do me for now!

Protein supplements are great, but when you can buy good quality lean whey in massive bulk for really cheap and make it into delicious milkshakes at home, it seems utterly pointless to pay £3.75 for something which is likely full of preservatives, fake flavourings and UHT milk. No thanks.

Exactly.

People are complete suckers for marketing though.

Makes you wonder what sort of golfer you'd be if you spent a fortune on lessons, the right gear, magnetic wrist bands, gym membership, a golf psychologist, bags of raisens and protien drinks...?

Its just rollox!

This.

plenty if pure and cheap protein powders out there. Just take a mixer bottle with powder and add water when required on the round = cheap, convenient, healthier and light to carry.

Sorry but £45 for 12 bottles is ridicules amount of money! Would be cheaper to make your own with the powder stuff gym bods use!

unless you are a serious golfer/fitness person the old bottle of lucozade and chivvy bar will do fine!

or if you are health conscious like me then a banana and Boyle of water is just as goo /)

I'm no nutritionist, but I can't see any benefit of a protein drink for golf.

If you're looking for good food to keep energy levels up (especially in this heat) then mixed raisins and nuts, a banana and some water is all you need.
