Golf without Tiger is like....

Golf without Tiger is like.........like........Brilliant. I love it, cant stand the petulant, arrogant git.

Hope he's gone for good, and whatever he wins in his career, will never be talked about like Nicklaus, Palmer, Seve, Watson, and a whole host of others.

It's funny how we remember past careers with rose-tinted glasses. Seve was not adverse to controversy ... Seve link . Plus that recent BBC Seve tribute program also covered the other aspect to Seve.

This is not a jab at Seve. Just getting some reality back. I think when Tiger retires, we'll look back at the highlights of his golf rather than the lowlights of his personality. Well, I hope so...

Couldn't get your link to work, but no matter. Seve's controversies took place on the golf course, not in lapdancing clubs or the car parks of pancake houses. Big difference.

If you knew anything about Seve you would know the below before you take in everything that Murdoch filth rag tells you.

The Yanks where coming to Europe and getting paid silly money in appearance fees, not even making an effort to compete and the Europeans where banned from receiving appearance fees on their own tour, it wasn't fair and Seve was right.

He was also right about Miguel Angel Martin.

Must be nice for the other players to not have to avoid the blobs of spit on every green. Don't recall seeing Tom Watson doing that.

No but Tom Lewis did it in full view of the cameras the other day while playing with Watson.

No one picked up on that.....funny that...

Whether he was right or wrong is irrelevant. He was involved in controversy, and that was my point. And the fact that I quoted one source from a "Murdoch filth rag" really isn't worth a reply.
