Afternoon all,

We're planning ahead for once and looking for a great venue for our annual September golf trip (Just had ours last week).

Choices we have narrowed down to are:
East Sussex GC
Foxhills GC
Cottesmore GC (Near Crawley)

Has anyone played or been a member of any of these? Can you recommend any?

Alternatively if you have any other suggestions on where we can shout at a white ball and enjoy a chilled bevvy, please let me know.

Much appreciated!

CK

I know I always say it, but Liverpool for open championship courses(2 within 30 mins, 3 within 1 hour), open qualifiers and some very good parkland courses also.

Night out - can't be bettered whether you are 20 or 60 year olds.

I have played all of them and was a member at Cottesmore for 2 years (a long time ago though).

ESN and Foxhills are awesome. Both good 36 hole venues, I would select either based on price and availability. You will have a great time at either.

Good luck............

East Sussex National is a great setup. I prefer the West course to the East, but the latter is still nice enough. Clubhouse is wonderful and lots of photos of past greats at various competitions held there.

I'm gagging to play at Foxhills though, so can't tell you about it just yet.
