Golf Trips/Rounds Planned for 2025

For me it’s

Porthcawl open in Feb
Southerdown the day before
Mizuno Pairs at Frilford Heath
Beau Desert Team Open BH May
Swindle Trip to Hanbury Manor
Lincolnshire swing - Seacroft , Blankney and Woodhall
Trip to Princes
Saunton

One nighter somewhere close in June, probably Hawkstone
Scotland around July, based around St Andrews instead of East Lothian this time
Portugal November international break

3 round trip to Kinross, 2 x Kinross Courses plus Muckhart
3 round trip to Bristol and area, courses tbc

I'm currently up to 10 opens, with a possible 2 extra still to go. I am going to have to stop at that point, that is a lot of days away. Not challenging @LincolnShep for his title of Open Grand Master but it's still a lot.

Off to Thailand in August for two weeks, golf in Bangkok 2 games, then 9 games at Hua Hin, yearly trip for me, took 24 players last year and have 16 signed up already for this year, also off to Geraldton for Easter, airbnb booked for 8 guys.

You're well ahead of me so far. I've got the Dales Golf Festival in August (Richmond, Bedale & Catterick), and that's all that's currently booked. I clearly need to get my skates on!

Will be doing a golf trip with friends for the 4th year running, in July, but currently looking at venues so not sure where yet. Might be Hellidon Lakes.

H4H in August of course.

Nothing else actually planned or booked in, but golf days will crop up as and when.

Looking to get out to Islay as my brother is a member and is resident on the island. Nothing else planned. Life just too uncertain at the moment. Anything I do is likely to be a last moment decision or on an impulse.

Going to do a few with the Society I joined last summer....1st of the year is at Ellesborough next month
Hoping to get some new courses played via that route.
I don't think any of the gang have vouchers for anywhere so away days look like being arranged closer to the time..

16 of us from the club are off to Belek in Mid May for a week...4 rounds booked and no doubt a few of us might try to get an extra round in somewhere

Had a look around for a few others but singles strokeplay events are thin on the ground in East Anglia
Might volunteer to play for the Seniors in some friendly matches this year...will get me out and about a bit.

Are you hitting the opens up here or just playing courses socially? May tends to be a popular time for opens here and it's a good way to get a cheaper rate.
