First one from me

Why don't more amatuers golfers wear white trousers when they are so popular on with Pro's ?

Even in the height of summer, there is mud on the majority of courses and we're not rich enough to throw once-worn troos out.

My turn:

Why do some pros consider it good practice to take videos of golfers' swings, then put them up on screen next to Rory McIlroy?

Because most of us are over 50 years old, and the p!$$ stains are not easy to hide.

LMAO - new iPad please........ Coffee sprayed all over it and the duvet. The duvet iv can wash... Have to agree with this, stopped wearing my white ones when I hit 50.

Follow up question - why do over fifties always wear old man brown trousers (beige brown)? Asks he who has just bought a pair of khaki coloured UA trousers.

Not this over 50. I don't own any brown clothing. I think my wife and daughters would disown me even if I suggested I wanted brown clothing.

Keep on topic guys please.
White trousers, I don't think they even make them in anything over a 34" waist...Except for bowling trousers that look like they have extra gusset material to allow them to be hoisted just shy of the nipples of rotund pensioners.

I quite liked the idea of an Answer/Question posting format, maybe we should start another thread for that and define the format at the beginning, one reply per question.

Well the white trousers did ok today - nice and sunny out there.
