Golf Opens 2021

First one completed. We were clubhouse leaders when we left. Luckily my team had someone that turned up to play and is now resting with a severe bad back after carrying me for most of the round ? Lord was I bad. The wife was great. We're not gonna win but has a nice knock with a nice couple, who we beat. The course was lovely and greens were excellent. A nice win on the raffle as well. Roll on Lytham in July.

Just thought. The highlights, was a birdie for me on 14 and a beautiful deer running across a fairway right in front of us.
And a scary bit was when I drove off and nearly decapitated the wife who was standing in front of me and off to the left. Yes she should have been safe, but wasn't. The ball went right vin front of her eyes, literally. It shook us both up. Everyone stood behind me everytime after that. No we didn't laugh it off. It scared the hell out of us. Be very careful where you stand when people are playing. You never know!!!!
