Golf Monthly do some interesting articles, but why do they publish the same article multiple times on Facebook? the one posted today is the 4th time it has been posted in less than a year.

I blocked them a few months back having seen "Rory's swing 10 years ago and Rory's swing now" for the umpteenth time amongst several others.

Yeah the website is nothing but click bait now really. I'm fed up of seeing Fergus Blissett complain about the handicap system 6 times a month.

A lot of it is to keep them in people’s algorithms. If you go on YouTube how many times do you see the likes of Shiels etc re-release their full content videos as Reels/Shorts. It’s purely for clickbait content, more views and clicks more money generated.

Problem with repeating good content is it’s unbelievably boring as once you’ve see something once we’re not likely to rewatch it.

FB is just so full of trolls, AI and fakery I don’t really bother with it now. I can think of better ways to waste my life away.
