I used to like the content from the Aussie account golf gods, but now it's just full of drunk American frat boys crashing golf buggies. Like the golf buggies, it's gone rapidly down hill.
Holein1trickshots is brilliant.
Mikeburygolf is a coach with decent tips.

As for actual golfers, poulter and fowler are probably the 2 most interesting I follow.
