Need to change the grips on my irons as they are to big, seen a few recommendations for websites via the search function but ebay seems to be the cheapest by far - are they likely to be fake and should I stick with a reputable dealer or take a chance?

Cheers

Have a look on gamola or adore grips, they sometimes have offers.
Sharpro or black widow are reasonable budget grips.

Pl entry of fakes on the bay

Plenty of fakes on ebay but also plenty of brands that you will not see in a pro shop eg Elord.

If you fit Tour Velvet style grips there are plenty of makes which are similar to Golf Pride for example.

Cheers for the replies, as I expected with ebay

Just regripped a set of irons. Adore are both cheaper and quicker to deliver than Gamola at the moment. I wouldn'r buy grips off ebay now, too many fakes about on there.

Don’t use Sharpo grips unless you have really small hands. They are really thin. Took mine off again within a week.

Cheers for the replies,

I ended up going for the tour velvet in a standard size from gamola - only £3.90 a pop so a nice cheap job

If you want to pay less for grips Iguana grips are very good value.

There are often good deals on Lamkin Crossline grips.
