Thought about it then do little about it.

last year I cycled a fair bit and did a bit of running, in December I got sciatica really bad and I couldn’t walk let alone run or cycle.

it said stretching was required but I did a bit and by hell is it boring.

Some of the better players and all into this strength and conditioning and it’s really paying off as they are all hitting it further than ever, one lad who plays on the Europro tour is hitting it 30yards further this year than last year all through gym work.
