So, pro's are always tweeting about going to the gym (mainly to have massages) and it got me thinking, what sort of areas are good to work on.
I've been doing alot of running and leg work but thinking about toning up my upper body, only thing is if I do weights is it going to affect my swing? Will my clubs feel lighter?
What are your thoughts? What do you work on?
