I think it depends how sound your swing is in the first place. If your swing's inconsistent and you're scrambling to make up for it, you'll struggle to score low. If you have a solid swing but need to refine your short game or course management (or both), you have a good chance if you play enough. Good luck - I wish I had the time to try! It's been over 10 years since I last came close, when still at school and could commit to my golf.
