Golf Bag Rain Covers....

Can anybody recommend a good rain cover for the whole golf bag?

I have a Sun Mountain Golf Bag which needs to be water proofed!

the one I bought from Stewart golf when I got my trolley is the best one I have ever used.........multiple zips along its length allow you to access various parts of the bag without exposing the bag underneath.....very nice piece of kit.

I got one off the 'bay a while back... Worked perfectly OK in keeping the rain out with reasonably good access to the clubs...
Loaned it to someone... Never got it back and can't remember who I loaned it to [sad]...

Fairly certain it was by Seaforth or something similiar to that anyway...

I bought a Golf Locker one from Direct Golf when I got my push trolley cost me £12. WOrks perfectly well even in the torrential down pours we had recently

Sounds good but I put money on it that it's an absolute pig to get back in it's pocket once it's out!!
Bought that bag a couple of weeks ago - fantastic bag but as you say it's best to have a degree in origami to get the cover back in the pocket.
I bought a clear PGA brand waterproof cover from Amazon and in some torrential downpours it has worked a treat. Cheap as chips so it doesn't matter too much when it eventually breaks. Here it is: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00499DTQU/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00

I use a Seaforth slicker for my carry bag. Its very good, my bag doesn't get wet at all but it can be a real pain to get into pockets while the cover is on.
Would work to perfection on a cart bag, the rain hood is huge and covers the head covers with plenty of room left over.

I got a motocaddy one when I bought my trolley. No zips which makes it a nightmare to get into any pockets.
Saw a couple of mates got Ping ones and they seem to be a great job. Going to get one of them myself, plenty of zips to give easy access and still stays waterproof.

Stewart golf raincover has proved to be a great buy in recent downpours, very easy to put on and off if suddenly caught in shower.Compact ,well designed,a tad expensive compared to others but worth it IMHO
