I know there have been quite a few previous threads saying the same thing but credit where it's due.

Had a problem with one of the wheels, started squealing and would not move freely, had a look at it when home and found it to be a wheel bearing type thing in the axle of trolley which had seized.

Contacted Sandy at gokart just after lunch last Monday, bag of parts delivered to my home on Tuesday morning, swapped bearing over and trolley is good as new, I've had the trolley for almost 3 years so out of warranty but this was not an issue for gokart sorting me out, not many companies I have come across would do this when they offer a service and upgrade option.

So thanks to all at gokart.

Have you seen how many threads there are regarding good customer service.....

To me, good customer service would provide a product that didn't need lots of after sales intervention in the first place :D

Here comes the tupperware trolley brigade......

Ha ha, love it when our Plastic Pigs come up!

I've got one and love it, and the service is fantastic. Yep they go wrong, but they get fixed.

Now my pals have Motocaddies and Powercaddies, and the quality is similar - they work, they break - but the after service isn't worth positing about, certainly not in the GoKart league.

Right, off to get some popcorn.......
