I know it's been said before but I'm going to say it again. These guys offer what I can only describe as the best customer service I have ever experienced. I emailed them to enquire about the new GPS holder and had mentioned an issue I had found with my cart bag. I wasn't expecting much as really the issue was minor and I'd found my own solution to it. They offered me an exchange for a new bag but I told them I wasn't really overly bothered by it. So what did they do? They are sending me the GPS holder I was enquiring about free of charge!

I have never come across a company so willing to satisfy the customer, I was perfectly happy as things were and was going to buy the holder regardless. Now I must head to the online shop to see what else I can buy! Might go all out and get the seat! ;)
 
Likewise, I emailed them a couple of weeks ago to ask how long they would expect an 18 hole battery to last. Think it was Julie who phoned me, asked me how long mine was lasting, to which I said "It's crawling off 18" (the battery is less than a year old). Two days later I had a brand new 18 hole battery on my door step and the old one whisked away.

I was so impressed I emailed them to let them know.
 
Yup Julie emailed me and tried to phone. I called back and got someone else (wish I could remember his name) and he delt with the issue in the most professional and friendly manner. Having worked in customer service I don't think it's training either. They must just employ some genuinely nice people.
