I think it is a great idea however unlikely to actually work with the low handicappers givng the high handicappers advice. I think Madandra has a good idea, just arange a normal golfing day and mix the groups according to handicap....no un-qualified teaching necessary and high handicappers can still learn from seeing the course management of the lower handicappers.
