GM Christmas Party

Now that the hangovers have subsided (hopefully) does any of the GM gang want to share where they went for their party and what went on. Did it degenerate into a drunken spat over the nuances of the decisions of golf? Did Tappers rashly declare he'd win the order of merit next season or did anyone get frisky under the mistletoe (with or without other GM staff).

Does anybody's club have a Christmas party. We have our presentation evening and Christmas draw on Thursday but its normally a fairly civilised affair. We do have an annual dinner/dance at Wentworth which has been known to get a bit messy (bet Els wishes he'd gone somewhere else the year before last instead of having a few drinks at the club - no wonder he's back home playing!). It use to be near Egham and although only a 20 minute drive away it took HID nearly an hour one year to get me home the morning after!!!! I was very, very sorry for myself

We have our Turkey night next Thursday where I have a couple of turkeys to collect and a bottle.

My club have a night of curry and free beer for those who represented the club in matches, as a thanks for their time...nice touch
