I joined a gym two weeks ago. It's the first time I've been a gym member for about 5 years. Last year I was generally able to maintain my weight by playing football 3-4 times a week, but since Christmas even that hasn't been enough. Like my food too much I guess - and age catching up with me - who knows. So now I'm going gym Monday and/or Thursday, playing football Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, and golf whenever I don't have football on the weekend. My goal is simply to be closer to 12 stone than 13 stone. I joined the gym when I actually went over 13 stone for the first time in years.
