Get bent

I've got two questions to ask about getting a club "bent"
what do they do when they bend a club to a certain degree? Can you see any "damage" when they do?

not knowing much about the specifics of golf club adjustment id assume that if the club has a chrome plating you should be able to see slights cracks in the plating.
If its not plated then i think it would be quite hard to notice anything especially if the adjustment is small

It probally depends how much you want them bent too.

This video is a bit old but he bends loads of clubs to see what happens,i not sure if he rubbish at altering clubs but he does seem to break a few cast models

Anything that is cast will be inherently brittle.
and therefore not very good for any sort of bending.
Forged heads on the other hand will be much more maleable and suited to bending.

I had mine bent 2 deg upright recently. there is a little stressing of the chrome but that's all.

I didn't watch. Unlike injections it would have been too painful

(I'll see if I can post some pic's this evening)
