Just been reading the 100 year edition and lots there to wade through. It is a great mag this month!

The only downside is the standard of the Editor.

100 years ago we get a magazine (see Leftie for original copies) edited by a double Major winner and a 2 times Amateur Champion and we now, 100 years on, end up with an editor who looks like the fourball stand in partner that we know we've got our work cut out with on Sunday morning!

Sorry Mike a cheap shot after such a great mag! Also I'm more likely to get an invite for a freebie at Wentworth from you than Harold Hilton!

Not anymore!!

I agree it's a great issue this month. I'm more excited now as I'm subscribing electronically on my iPad as of next month so I don't have hundreds of back issues cluttering my tiny house! I've already got enough back issues of Guitarist magazine to deal with!

For me its golf and photograpy mags, although more recently I swap my 2 golf mags a month for 1 from the brother in law, so it does halve the stockpile

Photog stuff? Check this site out if you haven't already, probably something you'll appreciate: http://500px.com/editors?page=1

That's why you are playing off 19hcp. You should be buying golf magazines for advice on your game

Played with Mike and been lucky enough to see behind the scenes at GM Towers and let me say he has the whole team running like a well oiled machine. Except for that O'Hagen chap. Very poor on the tea making front. Great edition and some very good pieces about GM thorugh the years. Funnily enough I came across an edition from 1986 the other day and let's just say if it was a market leader then, we are more than spoilt nowadays.
