If the greens are covered in frost or covered in tiny little lumps of ice from players shoes, is playing on them really golf? No control of the ball, big bounces, no real idea of the pace of the putt.

How many people break the rules when playing on frost covered greens? (ie scrape away all the frost on the line of the putt.)

I think when its that bad it just becomes a social stroll with a bit of practice thrown in, there is no point in worrying about scores.

This, hopefully no one is playing qualifiers with these conditions.
