I have a habit of getting narrow and stuck

But you must have a specific fault you are trying to fix....duff, top, hook, slice etc

Guilty of all of those

But my main fault is losing the ball right, heel strikes, path too in to out and an open face.

Have you had your grip checked recently especially the left hand, it may have drifted anti-clockwise.
That would certainly be a first check for an open clubface at impact.
