somehow I seem to have added a post to an ignore list.
When I go into the area, this thread is not listed. How do I reinstall it ?

If you’ve ignored another forum member, their posts will not be visible. I’d that forum member is the starter of a thread, the entire thread, I believe, is invisible to you.
There should be a tab somewhere which allows you to view ignored content. Either that, or simply “unignore” the member in question.
I don’t have anyone set to ignore for this reason - threads they start are invisible, and others they contribute to lack context.

Maybe did you add the thread originator to your ignore list? I have done that and now do not see certain threads. I didn't think it was possible to add a thread to ignore.

Its utterly daft, have asked several times for them to change it but nothing happens

The ignore option is daft. I’ve never put anyone on ignore no matter how much of a see you they are. Can’t be reading half a thread because you think someone is a twonk.

There's half a dozen on here are right arses, I have them blocked, believe me you lose nothing from the conversation by doing so.
