Have had to buy a new pair of shoes once, and I have arrived at a course over 90 minutes away, having picked up a PP on the way, to discover my freshly cleaned clubs were still in the hallway. \\
Luckily the course we played that day was very quiet, we hired buggy and the pro allowed us to share a bag of clubs, my PP's club was pretty similar to mine so not a massive issue.
I still wind him up on a regular basis about how I beat him 3&2 with his clubs..........
I shared my friends clubs today and beat him 2&1

Forgotten my shoes before and had to buy a pair in the shop.
Frequently forget to put my ball marker, tees and pitch fork back into my bag after the round and have to buy new stuff next round

Last year we went on our annual boys golf trip, 1 lad turned up with no golf trousers, another with no golf shoes, another forgot his news balls/tee's that he'd bought for the trip and another turned up with without shoes and his full set of new clubs!!! The hotel Clubhouse made a packet from them.

Forgot my playing partner once on a trip to play Longridge.. Turned up at the carpark, got my stuff ready and hit the putting green.. Was there for about 20 minutes when I realized there might be a problem. When I checked my phone it had 20 missed calls on it... Wasn't popular for a while.....

The reason the lad forgot his clubs on our trip was that he had his clubs in his work van, went out on the razz, left his van at the pub but then somehow ended up at his brothers house with no time to spare to get back to his van.

I once forgot the wheels for my leccy trolley, took them off to clean them between rounds and forgot to put them back in the trolley bag, what a plank....

Get to the club, Open the boot, take my tour bag out with all my irons in it, unzip electric trolley bag and take powakaddy out, erect, place bag on trolley strap it down, get glove out of my tour bag place in pocket, place phone, wallet into valuables pocket, get pencil, pitch mark repairer, ball marker, tees and put into pocket, place umbrella into the bag holder, put driver 5w into the bag, take shoes out put them on, place ordinary shoes in car boot, check everything before locking car, what else? Erm.................. Ah yes battery.........battery.........batter.........oh bogs dollocks.........

Getting ready to go out one day, lugged everything out the house to put in the boot of the car. Placed my GoKarts battery on the next door neighbours wall but promptly forgot it.

Played with a guy about a month ago who wanted to 'borrow' clubs, tee's, glove, green fee, bag, balls etc etc. He was the worst case I've ever seen, good player, poor golfer!

When I was young, in the 60s & early 70s, I used to regularly forget to empty the tees out of my pocket & put them in my locker before going home. Next time I played, I'd forget them& had to buy some more in the pro shop. This happened countless times and, 40 years on, I still have a big box of unused tees in the cupboard. However they are absolutely no use whatsoever now because they are all far too short for today's deep faced drivers.

I would regularly forget my Skycaddie. I'd be dandering down the 1st fairway and start looking for it so I could use on the Approach to the green. Usually it would be sitting on a charger at home waiting to be collected. Resorted to charging it and putting it into my shoes so that I didnt forget it.
