1,How do I set up an on line account for donations?
2, would a web site be the best way to allow access to it?
3, Can I put a link for folks to donate?
4, is it legal?

I have a plan!!!

1 - http://www.justgiving.com/
2 - http://www.justgiving.com/
3 - http://www.justgiving.com/
4 - That depends what you're asking for donations for...

If it's for a charity event then that's fine. To go towards buying a russian bride, probably not so fine... :p

Seriously though, everything you need to accept donations via a web page & provide links to it is available through JustGiving.

Depends if the donations are of a charitable nature or the back pocket type!!!

I've heard of a site called Justgiving or something like that where you can set up your own site for donations to a charity you may be fundraising for.

Hope it helps mate.
