My shoes bought last August are leaking quite badly. On the last 2 times it has rained my feet have been soaked.

DO I recall that Footjoy have a scheme for a refund and if so how do I go about it please? I bought the shoes when I was at another course 100 miles away .

You should have a 12 month guarantee with the shoes.
Contact FJ by e mail or telephone and enquire where to send the shoes for replacement.

My mate took his FJ's into a pro shop where we happened to be playing that day and the pro there sent them off for him.

I'd just ring them. They were brilliant when I rang them about some replacement insoles.

Normally FJ are pretty good. Have a word with your own pro or drop FJ customer services a line (or a call) and explain you bought them miles away so returning to POP is out of the question and see what they say.
