Fitting Centre, with Trackman, using grass in Scotland?

I realise this might be a bit niche but can anyone offer me some help!

I'm looking for a facility where you can have a fitting/club assessment etc using Trackman (or similar ball flight measuring device) while hitting off grass in Scotland.

The reason I am looking is that I really think it would be better to be assessed for irons and in particular wedges playing off grass than off mats.

I've seen that St Andres Links offer a 'Tour Van' service but despite calling them a few times and sending an e-mail they've never responded!

St Andrews Links is all large bays off mats, nothing outside on the grass that I could see the time I was there.

I'm pretty sure our place will do fittings in the studio, or outside on grass (weather permitting), with flightscope (Mizuno, Srixon, Titleist, Wilson, Callaway.. and Ping soon I believe)
