Afternoon all,
Things have changed a lot in the fitness world, so I don't feel happy giving my 10 and 12 year olds advice on what to do.
Due to their age, they have now decided that they want to be get stronger, a bit bigger and also fitter. What would be the best thing for them to do ? Also are there any programs that you would recommend?
