First 'Open' of the year. Pairs Open at Weston-super-Mare Golf Club

Just entered my first 'open' of the year, generally do 3 or 4.

A new course for me, Weston-super-Mare, and I'll be playing it for the first time on the day of the competition.

Anyone played it?

What caravan site ?

and Weston is a very good links course , overshadowed by its neighbour but still very good

Not there any more, also had to move the OB because of a complaining house owner. if your playing soon it will be in Ok condition for this time of year and if windy its a challenge if its not its bit drab and up and down flat fields

Playing on the 1st March.

I enjoyed playing there but it was about 10 years ago, as said very flat and there was not much to make me remember it except for the walk through the caravan park at one point on the course (which it is said has now gone).
