First full round.

Took my daughter out for her first round towards her handicap and her first full round of golf.
She did really well especially as the course is so wet and the greens have just been spiked so putting was a total lottery.
I had a lovely afternoon with her and she scored 141 on a par 64 so safe to say her HC will be 36 but she was happy and only had 3 holes in double figures with 2 of them she was unlucky to get two of them.

first full round and for handicap! I was keen but played a few rounds before puttin cards in, once she gets playing regularly her scores shot drop quickly. Wish we had more younger members in our section at Ellesmere.

Good for you that's a great memory for you both to treasure, something I'm looking forward to in a couple of years.
Juniors can now get up to 54 handicap now too so you might be giving lots of shots away soon!

She's played several part rounds of 9, 12 and 15 holes but the summer has been so damn awfull that we never had the time or weather for a full round. She was chuffed to bits for it to be a handical card but it was more pushed on her as the Cornish golf acadamy that she is having monthly lessons with said she should get a handicap as soon as possible so we are.
She wanted to get on and get her cards in so I wasn't going to stop her.
