So I've had my Amp irons for a few years now (was thinking of changing soon, but that's a discussion for another day) and my Ferules are all coming loose. My old pro pushed and "glued" them all back in place when he regripped them last year but they're all coming loose again. They aren't loose in the sense that they are rattling about and sliding up and down the shaft (oh er!) but they all have a good 5-6mm gap between them and the club head.

Is this going to cause a problem? Is there a fix?

It won't cause a problem, but if you don't like looking at them like that you can hold it over a boiling kettle for 10 seconds and push it back yourself.

Need to make sure you don't overdo it though! It's possible to loosen the glue holding the head on the shaft or damage a (graphite) shaft if overdone.

But 10 seconds should be ok.
