I think you could be spot on except why would he traipse all the way to Woodhall when he could do it at his beloved home club of Worksop which is (just about) in the East Mids.

I have sent an email, could be my course as its right next to East Midlands Airport, i dont have a handicap yet though but could get one in time for it easily enough.

Just a thought, a bit left field but there is a callaway demo day at my local driving range on that day, could it be, wouldn't be that hard to close a couple of bays of with some black sheets, I think they even have a closed of bay separate for fittings etc. If it is GM please pick me as it's within walking distance, well one side of town to another!!
