Essex Golf Courses

I am new to the forum , I am moving back to the Uk from South Africa in October and will be in Essex , I was a member at the Warren 10 years ago, what good new course are now open in Essex.

Essex not known for its great golf courses. Amongst the best are;
Abridge
Romford
Orsett
Channels
Thorndon Park

Many newer courses opened are on a pay and play basis . Most clubs do not have waiting lists in the county so you should be able to find a good membership deal when you return.
