Fun apart the good news is these players have played tournament football and succeeded, something a number of generations of exalted players have utterly failed to manage. Let's hope most of them are playing matches next season, not getting splinters on the bench.

What needs to happen is that these guys slowly/safely/... move into the proper teams instead of being run around on loan to 1st division teams while the premiership is full of Spanish, Argentinian, ... superstars.
When the BBC cut off the end of it and the lifting of the cup for a triathlon you sense how this is viewed. Fantastic achievement but how many of these will now be over hyped
Great showing by the young British lads.
