Elbow pain

Use a Theraband flex bar and rehab the elbows properly….just stopping the pain won’t solve the issues.
golfers and tennis elbow are degenerative issues so fix it before you can’t even pick up a club let alone swing one..

Help please!!!
I have had golfers elbow for 6 mths, resting just eased it, I now can’t use a driver at all! It’s really quite bad I feel it every day! I’m gutted it’s ruining my hobby, does any know if it can be fixed or cured? Thanks

Had TE for a while....had cortisone injection in it and it eased for about 3 months then came back. Had another one and it worked for. month and came back.....touch wood it just went away on its own after a month or so....
My Hc went from 8 to 19 doing that period....gradually coming down...now at 12.

Jumping in on this older post because I had the same issue and found that graphite shafts did take the sting out of impact. I also discovered that gripping too tight made the pain worse, so loosening my grip helped a lot. Did you ever try changing shafts, or look at your grip pressure or swing tempo?

My left elbow hurts quite a lot actually. When I kind of turn my left forearm out away from my body, I can feel it. It hasn't yet hurt enough to stop me playing, so I've taken the usual approach of ignoring it and hoping it goes away.

The best approach! Has only failed me once when my knee decided to absolutely knack for 6 weeks

I mean I waited 2 weeks before I stopped playing, then 4 weeks before I seeked any medical attention.

😂

I get a bit of tendinitis in my elbows.
I don’t like using full on athletic supports as they can mask the problem but I bought these a few months ago…
They’re just tight enough to take the edge off the pain without providing excessive compression or support. I feel like they’ve really made a difference for me.

I went full graphite a couple of weeks after the OP...tried AAC's clubs and never looked back.
The pain comes and goes, it's having a holiday at the moment but it's never as bad as it was in the "Steel" days.
Even when the pain does kick in the graphites mean I can keep playing with only minor discomfort.
I've hit the occasional steel shafted club since and it only takes 2 or 3 shots to know that I'll be staying with graphite until I get replacement arms.... 😋
