Elbow pain

My partner has quite a problem with her right elbow after playing. She uses a TENS machine to ease the pain, and it works. I will get you more details if you need them.

Use a Theraband flex bar and rehab the elbows properly….just stopping the pain won’t solve the issues.
golfers and tennis elbow are degenerative issues so fix it before you can’t even pick up a club let alone swing one..

Help please!!!
I have had golfers elbow for 6 mths, resting just eased it, I now can’t use a driver at all! It’s really quite bad I feel it every day! I’m gutted it’s ruining my hobby, does any know if it can be fixed or cured? Thanks

Had TE for a while....had cortisone injection in it and it eased for about 3 months then came back. Had another one and it worked for. month and came back.....touch wood it just went away on its own after a month or so....
My Hc went from 8 to 19 doing that period....gradually coming down...now at 12.
