If you hit the 13* as far as the 9.5* why carry both? Would save all these gripping down antics with your irons if you retired one or other. Why not get a 10.5* instead?

I think he means that the 3W goes 260ish and the driver goes a bit looooonger.

Not much of a one for playing cautious golf at the moment, is our Jamie. If he'd play using course management he'd rip the place apart any day soon, but it's like talking to a deaf git. I SAID DEAF GIT

The thing is, his place is tight, so a lot of tee shots are restricted to the 3W or 4W. But he plays a lot of nomad golf, and on the open spaces he likes to try to kill wild animals and passing dog walkers.

Basically, the man's a menace.
