Driver head lie angle

According to PXG if I move my driver head down 1.5* of loft the lie angle changes from 3 to 1.5.

Does this really affect anything?
Can't notice any changes to the face either, still looks pretty square.

The lower the loft the less it matters....
On a driver 1.5° makes next to no difference at all
On a wedge 1.5° could be 5 or 6 yards

Yes dosnt matter because it’s teed up off the ground.
hitting it off the fairway might make a big difference though.

What I can tell you, by moving my PXG down one notch, the ball goes a little further....about 20/30 yards or so.
